BIO

I have exhibited my abstract work in Northern California, primarily the San Francisco Peninsula l East Bay Area and am a member of Gallery 621 Contemporary Art Gallery in Benicia Ca.   I originally studied Ceramics, however, for the last 15 years Printmaking and more recently Acrylic have been my main focus. 

Statement

My acrylic work is predominantly Abstract Expressionism in printmaking, canvas and previously encaustic. A fair share of my art actually has never seen outside of my studio because they begin and end on the same canvas over and over again. Eventually the piece moves forward in its own way with a story that I won’t see until it’s finished and I can then give it it’s title.
